Peel and quarter the apples. Place in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the flour over the apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. Add the milk. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Grandma Seiter didn't write down this recipe. She used to make this for Rick and I when we'd go visit. Mom started making this recipe for us...and I've continued the tradition. I think Rick has too.
