2 Jalapeño Peppers seeded and sliced thin crosswise
½ cup Red or Green Bell Pepper chopped
Dried Oregano
1 bunch Green Onion chopped
2 large Tomatoes chopped
Salt to taste
Salsa
Fresh Lime Slices
Instructions
Sauté the pre-cooked and shredded meat with cumin, jalapeño peppers, bell peppers and a little oregano. Set aside.
Scramble the eggs in a non-stick pan. After the eggs are cooked somewhat dry, stir in the meat mixture and green onions. Warm all, stir in the chopped tomatoes last, sprinkle a few on top.

Serve with salsa and fresh lime slices.
