Cook 2-3 cups of white rice and let it rest. Then, sautee 2 T. oil and 4-5 green onions (pull them out). Then, put the ham in, warm and pull out. Next, scramble 3 eggs and pull out. Add more oil and add the rice into the wok. Stir well to coat. Then aedd 2 T. sesame seed oil, 2 T. oyster sauce and 2-3 T. of soy sauce. The most imnportant thing to remember is TO KEEP STIRRING!!! Finally add the frozen peas, 2 T. sugar and all the other ingredients you had cooked. Keep stirring until everything is desired temperature.
