Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
together. Beat butter until smooth and creamy. Add
both sugars and beat another 3 minutes. Add eggs one
by one until each is blended. Beat in vanilla.
Add dry ingredients slowly as they disappear into
batter. Stir in chips, nuts and coconut with
spatula.
Scrape batter in to buttered 9x13 baking pan and
cook at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool, cut into
bars and store in airtight container.
