     Oven Baked FRench Toast

Ingredients
4 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
8 Thick Slices egg bread or French bread
3 Tbsp Butter, melted
Apples & Cinnamon Syrup
 
2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/3 C Water
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
3 Apples, sliced and peeled

Instructions
In a large flat dish, whisk eggs with milk, sugar, vanilla & cinnamon. Dip bread into egg mixture. Turn to coat brad well. Allow bread to soak up egg mixture. This may take 5 minutes. To cook, use one or two baking sheets, as necessary. Brush generously with melted butter over aluminum foil or spray well with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange bread in a single layer on prepared pan(s). Bake in preheated 375 oven for 12 minutes. Turn bread over and Bake 10-15 minutes longer utnil browned and puffed.
