Cook sausage. Spread each slice of bread with butter( lightly)
on both sides. Cut into cubes. Place bread in bottom of 13x 9
inch pan. Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients, beat well and pour over
mixture in pan. Chill at least 8 hours. Uncover and bake at
350 degrees, 40-50 minutes.
