     Faye's Wheat Bread

Preptime   10 minutes to mix

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
4 to 5 cups white flour
1 Tbsp yeast
1/4 Cup oil
1/4 Cup honey or more
1 t salt
1 pint warm water
 

Instructions
Put 1 pint warm water in mixing bowl Add 1 T yeast Let dissolve then mix with dough hook on electric mixer a few seconds Add the 2 Cups of whole wheat flour and mix with dough hook on mixer. Add the 1/4 Cup oil and 1 t salt. Add the 4 Cups of white flour slowly while mixing with dough hook. Add more flour if needed to make soft dough. Mix at least 3 minutes on low. Put dough in a large oiled bowl, cover and rise one hour. Shape into 2 loaves and put them in bread pans spayed with Pam or rubbed with real butter and let them rise one hour. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Brush with real butter and remove from pans to cool.
Serving Suggestions
Slice while still hot and add butter and honey
