1 med Broccoli or Cauliflower

Cook in small amount of water untill tender,

2-3 Pkg Chicken Bullion and mash with potatoe masher
|
|
In saucepan melt 4 Tbsp butter
|
|
Add 1/4 Cup chopped onion
|
|
Cook till tender.

Stir in 1/4 C Flour and add 2 Cups of milk; stir until
|
|
thickened and add to vegetables (Brocc/Caul)
|
|
Stir in 1 tsp worstershire sauce and
|
|
|
|
a dash of tabasco,
|
|
Sprikle in Lawrey's seasoning salt.

Check taste for salt, pepper as chicken boullion has salt as well)
|
|
