Preheat oven to 400 and grease 9 inch pie plate. Cook beef and onion. Drain, salt and spread in pan. Mix together bisquick, eggs, and milk. Pour over beef. Bake for 25 min. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted.
