Cut out 1 cup of dry Stove Top for topping.
Melt butter.
Combine with remaining Stove Top.
Microwave chopped zucchini for 3-4 minutes. Drain.
Mix stuffing, zucchini, carrots, onion, soup, sour cream, and cheese.
Pour into grease 9x13 pan.
Top with 1 cup dry Stove Top and more cheese.
Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
