In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and oil until smooth.
Combine dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Fill greased cupcake papers 3/4 full.
Bake at 400 foir 16-20 minutes
