     Sopapilla Cheesecake

Ingredients
2 cans of crescent rolls
3 , 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
1 1/2 cup of sugar
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
 
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Melt 1 stick of butter in a pyrex measuring cup in the microwave. In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup of sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Whip 3 packages of cream cheese then add 1 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
In a greased 9x13 pyrex pan, unroll 1 can of crescent rolls and cover bottom. Pour cream cheese mixture on top of rolls. Unroll second can of crescent rolls and lay on top of cream cheese. Pour melted butter on top and sprinkle with the cinnamon, sugar mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
