     Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
Skinned and sliced potatoes
Velveeta Cheese
Cooked chunked ham
flour
Butter or Margarine
Diced onion
Salt & Pepper
Some Garlic Powder (optional)
Caserole Dish - greased
 
Milk

Instructions
Layer twice- Potatoes,onion,ham,sprinkled flour,salt,pepper,butter in tablespoons (about 4 TBS. ea. layer),garlic powder,enough milk to moisten (maybe 3 TBS. per layer) and then sliced cheese to cover the whole layer. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes then stir together. Then just cook until potatoes are done..
