Spaghetti or Noodles

1 tsp lime zest
|
|
2 tablespoon lime juice
|
|
3 tablespoons soy sauce
|
|
1 tablespoon hot sauce
|
|
1 tablespoon brown sugar
|
|
1 tsp oil
|
|
1 bell pepper (or half of each kind), sliced
|
|
1 carrot, sliced
|
|

|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
1. Cook spaghetti (or noodles) as usual.
|

|
2. Combine lime zest and juice, soy sauce, hot
sauce, brown sugar and garlic in small bowl.
|
|
|
3. Heat wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add oil, bell peppers and carrot until vegetables
are tender-crisp, about 2 minutes
|
|
|
4. Add chile-lime sauce and noodles to pan. Toss to
coat.
