Rinse cabbage and drain well. Toast almond slivers and sesame seeds. Cut green onion. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, and packet of flavoring found in ramen noodles pkg. in a glass jar. Put cabbage/cole slaw in a container. Add green onion, almonds, sesame seeds and ramen noodles. Be sure to crumble up the noodles in a plastic bag and then add to salad. Pour oil mixture over all. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all well. Serve immediately.
