Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness; season with salt.
Combine orange juice and honey; set aside
Cook Rice according to directions.
Meanwhile, melt butter In a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook until lightly browned on one side, about
4 minutes. Turn then spoon reserved orange juice mixture
over chicken. Top with orange slices. Continue to cook for
4-5 minutes, or until chicken is through.
