Slice chicken breasts into thirds and saute them until barely frizzled on both sides. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Place proscuitto on the 6 chicken pieces and top that with a slice of swiss cheese. Roll the slices in roll-ups and stick a toothpick in to hold it together. Then roll in bread crumbs and put in a oven-safe pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes turning once.
