     Vegetarian Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups chopped onion
1 2/3 (2) chopped Red peppers
6 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
3 16oz black beans drained
 
2 16oz spagetti sauce

Instructions
Heat oil in large pot over medium heat. Add onions, peppers, and garlic, saute until onions soften; about 10 minutes. Mix in chili powder, oregano, cumin and cayenne, stir 2 minutes. Mix in beans and sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heart med-low and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
