     SALSA --RESTAURANT STYLE

Ingredients
1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes with juice
2 cans 10 oz. Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
¼ c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cumin
½ c. cilantro
½ lime, juiced
 

Instructions
1. Combine whole tomatoes, Rotel, onion jalapeno, garlic, sugar, salt, cumin, lime juice, and cilantro in a blender. 2. Pulse 10-15 times (until consistency you want) 3. Test with tortilla chip and adjust as needed. 4. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
