In mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, cheese, cajun
spice and parsley. Mix together. Put chicken
breasts in backing pan then spread mixture on top
of chicken. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top of
the mixture on the chicken. Bake at 425F for 20
minutes or until chicken is done.
