     Oriental Salad

1 Lb. Fresh spinach
6 oz. can water chestnuts
3/4 C. Bean sprouts
2 hard boiled eggs
3 T. Cider vinegar
12 oz. bacon cooked
1/2 C. Sugar
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
SmLl onion

Cut up and remove stems from spinach. Toss with eggs, bacon, onion and water chestnuts. Dressing- mix oil, sugar, catsup, vinegar, and Worcestershire. Toss with salad.
