     Layered Salad

Ingredients
Head lettuce
8 oz. fresh inach
Package frozen peas, thawed and uncooked
6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1T. Sugar
Salt and pepper
8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
DRESSING- 2 C. Mayonnaise, 1 C. Sour cream, envelope ranch dressing
 

Instructions
Layer lettuce and spinach - sprinkle with sugar and salt and pepper. Layer remaining ingredients in order(except cheese), but do not toss. Mix dressing and spread over salad like icing. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
