Ingredients
1 lg egg
2 1/2 tablespoons Hellmans mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon saly
1/4 cup finely diced celery (1 stalk), (optional)
2 tablespooons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 lb. lump crabmeat
 
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

Instructions
1) line a backing sheet with aluminum foil.
2) combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl and mix well. add the crabmeat, (be sure to check for shells and/or cartilage), and panko bread crumbs. gently fold ingredients together until just combined. careful not to shred crabmeat. shape into 6 crab cakes (about a 1/2 cup each). place on prepared baking sheet, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3) Preheat a large nonstick pan to medium heat and coat with canola oil. When oil is hot, place crab cakes in pan and cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side. Be careful as oil may splatter.
Serving Suggestions
serve immediately with tartar sauce or freshly sqeezed lemon
