Instructions |

Melt butter or margarine or spray cooking spray in a microwavable
mug.

Add eggs and whip slightly with a fork, then add 1 tablespoon of
milk along with salt and pepper. Whip slightly again.

Microwave the mug on high for 45 seconds. Stir the mixture, then
microwave on high for another 30 to 45 seconds.
