Preheat oven to 375 deg.
Spray a pyrex (glass) casserole dish with PAM.
Cook 4 lge.white potatoes until well done, mash with milk and season with salt and pepper.

While potatoes are cooking-
Brown 1-1/2 lbs. of ground meat (I use a spatula to keep breaking it into small pieces).
I usually add some onion flakes to the ground meat. Drain the meat to get rid of the fat.

|
Spread the ground meat in the pyrex casserole dish. Second layer is the mashed potatoes.
Using a spatula spread them over the ground meat and to the edges of the baking dish.
Pour 1 can of creamed-style corn over the potatoes, again spreading to the edges of the dish. (Some people use cheddar cheese for the final topping--I don't).

|
Microwave on High for 3 minutes and immediately set in pre-heated oven. In my oven it takes between 30-40 min baking time.
Serve with a green salad and dinner is ready.
