1/4 cup fat-free milk

2 eggs, beaten
|

3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

3/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs

2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
|

1 tsp paprika
|

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

5 chicken pieces
|

1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Grease baking pan. In a small bowl combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, oregano, paprika and pepper.

Dip chicken into egg misture, coat with crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in pan. Drizzle with melted butter.
|
|
|
|
Bake for 45 mins. Do not turn chicken pieces during baking.
