Sautee onion on oil until golden brown. Add chicken, brown on each side. Add water to cover chicken. Add all the spices and cook until chicken is tender (fairly quick, 40 min or so).
In a separate bowl mix sour cream and flour (if feels too thick add one more tbs sour cream or
water). Remove chicken pieces from liquid. Add sour cream mix to liquid and blend it well. Return chicken pieces and cook for 5 more minutes.
