Place water, berries and spices in small saucepan. Bring to boil,
reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes. Smash berries to release remaining
juice and strain the mixture. Allow liquid to cool and stir in honey.
Will last 2-3 months in the refrigerator.

for about 45 minutes or until reduced by half. Strain and let mixture
cool. Add honey. pour in jar and keep refrigerated.

Standard dose is 1/2 - 1 teaspoon daily for children, 1/2 - 1 T daily
for adults.If you think you are coming down with something, take the
normal dose every 2-3 hours.

Sarah and I made this March 2013. I would start with the least amount
of ginger to see what your family likes. I composted the strained
stuff. The first recipe is from Mountain Rose Herbs, The second is
from Wellness Mama. We did a combination of both.
