     Boneless Chicken thighs with orange-molasses sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tsp veg oil.
Orange sauce:
1/4 cup molasses
5 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp balsamic vin.
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
 
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp grated orage zest
Garnish:
1/4 cup diced dried aprocots
1/4 cup chopped cilantro or parsley
1/4 cup chopped green onion

Instructions
Preheat oven at 400F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Sprinkle the chicken with flour. In a large nonstick sprayed with veg spray, heat the oil then saute the chicken until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes, Place in prepared baking dish.
To make the sauce, combine the molasses, oj, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and orange zest in a small skillet until the cornstarch has dissolved. Simmar for 1 minute, stirring just until slightly thickened. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake for 20 minutes or jsut until the chiken is done, turning halfway through cooking time.
Garnish with apricots, cilantro, and green onions.
