     Chocolate Peanut butter Go-Lean Muffins

Ingredients
1 Cup unbleached flower
1 Cup of whole wheat flower
1 Cup Kashi honey-wheat cereal
1/2 tsp. of salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup raw sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 Cup fat-free soymilk
 
1 Kashi go-lean Peanut butter&Chocolate bar (Cut in small pieces)

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl (Except bar).
Mix all wet ingredients together.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and poor the wet ingredients in. Mix together until moistened ( don't over mix). Fold in the Kashi go-lean pieces until covered.
Spray pan, and fill cups 3/4 full. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, or until slightly browned.
Serving Suggestions
Per muffin- 150 calories and 3.5 grams of fat
