Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of self raising flour
2 tablespoons of icing sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 1/4 of a cup lemonade
3 1/4 of a cup cream
12 teaspoons jam
cup of milk
 

Instructions
preheat oven 200
mix lemonade, cream, flour, sugar, salt
knead lightly into soft ball
make mound 3 cm thick. use 5cm cutter to cut into rounds, place on baking tray, brush top with milk to give golden brown affect in oven for 10 mins serve with lemon and lime marmalade and whipped cream
