     Apricot Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb chicken breast
1 1/2 cup apricot preserves
1 package onion soup mix
1/4 cup mayo
 
Instructions
Mix preserves, soup mix, and mayo together. Place chicken in 9x13 pan and spoon apricot mixture over this.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve over rice.
