2 T. to 1/4 cup jalapeno juice (from jar of jalapenos) more or less depending on how spicy you want
Instructions
Over medium heat melt butter and whisk in flour for
1 min. Add milk and turn up heat to simmer till
thick. Remove from heat. Ass cheese, salt and
jalapeno juice. Mix. If too runny simmer another 5-
10 minutes. Thickens upon standing.
Serving
Suggestions
Great on nachos or to dip soft pretzels.
