1dozen eggs

1/3 cup flour

1 tsp.salt

1 24oz. Container small curd cottage cheese

4 tbsp. butter, melted
|
| |
1 lb. breakfast sausage, browned and cooled

1 4oz can green chilies
|
| |
1 8oz. Package Monterey Jack cheese
|

Instructions |

|
|
Brown sausage, drain and set aside to cool
|
|
|
|
In a large bowl, beat eggs until fluffy. Add all other ingredients
and beat until well combined
|
|
|
|
Place in a well greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40
minutes. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes before serving
|
