Place beef and pork in crock pot cut into 2 inch squares. Combine water, soup mix and garlic, celery. Pour over meat. Six hours low in crock pot. (Or 2 hours high, 2 hours low)
Remove meat. Meanwhile put remaining ingredients in crockpot, bring to boil. Shred the meat, return to the crockpot. Heat thru. Serve on buns.
