Preheat oven to 375. In a bowl, combine the berries, 1/3 cup plus 2 teaspoons sugar and cornstarch. Let sit for 10 minutes. In another bowl, mix the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk, eff, vanilla and melted butter. Stir. Place 6 ramekins on a baking sheet and divide the fruit among them. Then, top each with the batter, dividing evenly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Cool and serve with whipped cream if desired.
