Pre-heat oven to 450 F. Dissolve yeast and sugar in
warm water. Let stand 10 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Let
stand 5 minutes.
turn dough onto lightly floured surface and roll
into a round. Transfer to lightly greased pizza pan
dusted with cornmeal. Put toppings on. Bake 15-20
minutes until golden. Allow to cool 5 minutes before
serving.
