Mix all ingredients except biscuits. Pour into
greased iron skillet and bake at 450 degrees for
25 minutes.
In a large bowl crumble cornbread, 3 biscuits.
Add salt and pepper, lots of sage, and poultry
seasoning. Add juice from cooked chicken or hen.
I also cut up some chicken in the mixture. Be
sure you have enough broth.
Put it in a gallon zip lock for overnight. Makes
all the flavors come together. Or you can cook it
after you mix it up.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden
brown.
