Brown meat and drain. Add garlic to taste and
Ragu. Simmer 20 - 30 minutes. Cook noodles
according to package. Drain and rinse. Beat
eggs. Add cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt
and pepper. Layer noodles in a 9 by 13 dish.
Spread some cheese mixture, sauce, and more
noodles. Repeat. Shredded mozzarella cheese goes
on top to be last.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
