     Crock Pot BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients
Pork Shoulder - Big as will fit your crockpot
Half an Onion
2 Bottles of your favorite BBQ Sauce
1 can of Coke
French Rolls, Hamburger Buns or any bread you like
 

Instructions
Pour half the Coke into the crock pot, enough to cover the bottom. Cut onion into thick slices, break up rings and put on the bottom of the crock pot, pour in 1/2 cup of bbq sauce. Trim the fat off the pork and cut into 2-3 big chunks. Put pork in crock pot on top of onions.
Cook on low 10-12 hours or on high 5-6 hours. Drink the rest of the coke -) When pork is tender and falling apart, pull it apart and shred. Mix the in enough of the remaining bbq sauce until it is as moist as desired.
Serve on rolls.
