     Pecan Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
3 Cups Sweet Potatoes, Mashed
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
2 Eggs, Beaten
1/2 Stick Melted Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Corn Flakes, Crushed
3/4 Cup Pecans, Broken In Medium Pieces
 
1/4 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1/8 Cup Melted Butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine potatoes, sugar and salt. Add eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla. Assemble in baking dish. Mix last 4 ingredients in a large plastic bag. spread across top of potatoes. Bake 45-50 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
If doubling, use only 1 cup of light brown sugar and 3 eggs.
