     Breadsticks

Ingredients
2 Tbsp yeast
4 Tbsp sugar
6 C flour (could need more)
3 C warm water
1 Tbsp salt
Fresh grated parmesan cheese
Garlic Powder
Salad Supreme Seasoning
2 sticks butter (not margarine)
 

Instructions
Mix ingredients together, knead in mixer with a bread hook or by hand until mixed throughly. Place dough in oiled bowl, cover and let rise 15 min. While dough rises place 1 stick of butter on cookie sheets (2) and melt in oven at 300 degrees until butter melts, do not burn it. Remove from oven.
Take dough out of the bowl and divide in half, roll out each half to a large rectangle and cut into strips. Place one half of the sticks on top of the melted butter in each pan. Turn over to coat each side with butter.
Sprinkle half the batch with garlic powder and top with parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the other batch with the Salad Supreme Seasoning. Cover both batches with a towel and let rise at least 30 minutes, the longer they rise the softer they will get.
Bake at 375 for 20 min. Best when served hot.
