Place chicken in saucepan, cover with water and bring to boil. Cover with lid and
simmer 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Set aside for 15 minutes. Drain chicken then
shred.
Fry onion and garlic until soft. Add 4-5 cups water and bring to boil. Add chicken noodle
soup mix, carrot, celery, chicken and cans of corn.
