100 g butter, melted

Icing - 1 cup icing sugar

- 1 desert spoon melted butter

| |
- lemon juice, to taste, as required

Instructions |

Mix together biscuit crumbs, coconut, lemon juice and rind. Add butter and condensed
milk.

To make icing, combine all ingredients and then spread over slice. Store in the fridge.
