     Lemonade scones

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup of self raising flour
2 tablespoons of icing sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of lemonade
3/4 cup of cream
 

Instructions
1. Put oven too 200 degrees add flour, icing sugar and salt and siv all ingredients into a bowl.
2. Make a well in the ingredients and add the ingredients and cream into the well. Mix with a knife so you don't over mix the mixture.
3. Flour the chopping board and out mixture on it. Kneed carefully and ouch out with your hands and fingers. Cut into circles and put on the tray with a silicon sheet on it.
4. Brush over with some milk to give it a brown/golden colour and stick them into the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Take out and serve with strawberrys and whipped cream.
