     Lemon Loaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, room temp
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons softened butter
1 teasppon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon extract
 
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup oil
lemon zest
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons whole milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions
1- Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 9x5 loaf pan. 2- Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in large bowel 3- Combine eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, lemon extract, and lemon guide in medium bowl and mix.
4- Pour we ingredients into dry ingredients and blend until smooth. 5- Add oil and lemon zest. 6- Pour into load pan and bake for 45 minutes.
7- In a small bowl mix powdered sugar, whole, milk, and lemon extract. Whisk until combined. 8- Pour glaze on lemon loaf, then let it cool on a rack.
