     Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken thighs
1/3 cup whole grain mustard
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon curry powder
 
Instructions
Combine mustard, honey, curry powder and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large plastic bag. Add chicken. Marinate several hours or overnight.
Transfer to an ovenproof dish. Cook uncovered at 180C for 45 minutes.
