Preheat the broiler. Spread 1 tablespoon pesto on 1
large whole-grain pita and place on a baking sheet.
Top with 1/2 cup white beans and 1/2 cup chopped
roasted red peppers. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon
grated Parmesan and broil 5 minutes.
