Toast the seeds either in a skillet on stovetop or on a cookie sheet in oven until they begin to
become fragrant, or lightly browned.
They BURN very quickly so you have to stand by and watch.
Whisk together the vinegar, mustard, honey, sesame seeds, garlic,
salt and pepper in a jar or bowl.
That's it. Olive oil adds a distinctive flavor, so you can choose. This dressing came with a
salad that is amazing, called Spinach Pear Salad with Tomatoes.
