1 Cup Poha
Pinch of Jeera
1/2 Onion Sliced (long)
1/2 Tomato Sliced (long)
10 Pieces Curry Patta
Dhania Leaves
Pinch of Turmeric
Salt according to taste
1 Potato (small)
1 Serving spoon Peas
1 Tablespoon Peanuts
Lemon (Lemon drops)
2-4 pieces Green Chili

Put Oil in Karahi. Add Jeera + Onion and stir until golden brown.
Add tomato (don't allow tomato to become too soft)
Add turmeric powder, stir. Add Matar + Aloo(Potato) + peanuts and stir. Make sure matar(peas) is done before proceeding to next step)
Add Salt and stir Add soaked poha and mix well. Add dhania in the end. Add grated Coconut
Serving Suggestions
TIP: If Poha is too dry and little milk.
